Business Knowledge: Content you upload (website URLs, PDFs, documents) is processed to power AI-assisted drafting. This content is used only for your organization's workspace.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including feature usage, session duration, and performance metrics.
Device & Browser Data: We collect standard technical data including IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system for security and analytics purposes.
We use collected information to: provide and maintain the Service; generate AI-assisted drafts and suggestions based on your business content; improve and personalize your experience; communicate with you about your account, updates, and support; process payments; comply with legal obligations; and protect the security of the Service.
Your business content and email data are used to generate AI-assisted drafts and suggestions within your workspace only. Your data is not used to train external AI models. Your business knowledge and customer information remain private to your organization.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: service providers who assist in operating the platform (hosting, payment processing, analytics); law enforcement when required by law; and business partners in the event of a merger or acquisition, with prior notice to you.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, regular security audits, and secure infrastructure. While no system is perfectly secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
