By accessing or using Relynta, a product of Mathurs LLC ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Relynta, operated by Mathurs LLC, is an inbox-first AI CRM platform that provides email management, contact management, AI-assisted drafting, pipeline tracking, task management, appointment scheduling, campaign tools, and related features for businesses.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; send spam or unsolicited messages through the platform; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts; interfere with or disrupt the Service; upload malicious content; resell or redistribute the Service without authorization; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
You retain ownership of all content and data you provide to the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to use Your Data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. We do not use Your Data to train external AI models. Our handling of Your Data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Service provides AI-assisted draft replies and suggestions. AI-generated content is provided as a drafting aid and should be reviewed before sending. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all communications sent through the Service.
Paid plans are billed monthly per user. Prices are as listed on our pricing page at the time of purchase. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. AI usage is measured at the organization level, and add-on packs may be purchased as needed. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within the first 30 days.
We offer a 14-day free trial with limited features and AI usage. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, you may choose a paid plan or your access will be reduced. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including email providers (Google, Microsoft), SMS providers (Twilio), and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, or pricing changes.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms with prior notice where practicable. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days to allow export, after which it will be deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mathurs LLC (d/b/a Relynta) shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
